A little rough around the edges, this is a big, bold, early 2000s take on the American DIPA style. Brewed with a single pale ale malt and hopped with copious amounts of Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook. Expect big resinous hop flavors, citrus pith and aromatic pine followed by an assertive bitterness. GR

Czech Style Pale Lager brewed with floor malted heritage barley and hopped with whole cone Saaz from Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho. Bready malts combine with a grassy hop note reminiscent of beers from the old world. Rustic with a grassy lemon mid palate zippy hop character. Poured from our Lukr faucet, for a traditional Czech pour without the trip to Europe. GR

This is a modern take on a traditional dry Irish stout featuring Simpson's finest Maris otter malt accented with notes of chocolate and coffee from roasted barley. Served on nitro. Tap room exclusive.
