This west coast style pilsner is 1 of 2 collaboration beers we brewed with the good folks of Cactus Land Brewing Company. This beer blurs the line between pilsner and IPA, generously hopped with Mosaic, Nectaron and Strata and fermented cold with lager yeast.

GUEST CIDER: Apples and Berries

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Galaxy for tropical fruit forward hop character balanced with oats and wheat for a cloud-like body.

To celebrate Oktoberfest we brewed a golden colored malt forward lager featuring pilsner and munich malts for smooth notes of toasted bread balanced by subtle spice and floral aromas from Perle and hallertau mittelfruh hops.

We brewed this imperial amber with 10 gallons of grade A maple syrup and 1lb of candy cap mushroom powder giving it sticky notes of maple and butterscotch.

This is a classic American light lager with low bitterness, smooth malt character and a clean crisp finish.
