We decided to celebrate the 250th birthday of our great nation by uniting the 6 Brewers of Boerne, TX to create 1776! Pilz. Bursting with American hop aroma and flavor from America’s favorite hop, Citra, and built on a base of a new low color pilsner malt from our friends at RahrBSG, who sponsored the effort. Light pale malt gives way to big hop aroma and flavor while finishing crisp with an assertive bitterness. HBD ’Merica! We love you. GR

Munich-Style Dünkel brewed with an assortment of Munich malts for a toasty and rich malt profile with subtle noble hop spice and a crisp finish that invites you back for another sip. Traditional and worthy of the biergarten! Pairs well with Blaskapelle. GR

A little rough around the edges, this is a big, bold, early 2000s take on the American DIPA style. Brewed with a single pale ale malt and hopped with copious amounts of Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook. Expect big resinous hop flavors, citrus pith and aromatic pine followed by an assertive bitterness. GR

This is a modern take on a traditional dry Irish stout featuring Simpson's finest Maris otter malt accented with notes of chocolate and coffee from roasted barley. Served on nitro. Tap room exclusive.

Munich-Style Helles brewed heritage barley varieties from Germany, and hopped with hops from the Hallertau. Pale malt dominates aroma and flavor with a balancing noble hop character. Crisp and refreshing, this is the beer style of the Munich Biergartens. A portion of the proceeds from this beer benefit the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Prost! GR
