Traditional take on a Kölsch-Style Ale brewed with imported malts, a kiss of wheat and a delicate hopping of Spalter and Saphir. Crisp with crackery malt, subtle lemon and herbaceous notes.

West Coast style pilsner brewed with imported German pilsner malt and hopped generously with Citra, Mosaic and Centennial, for a punch of citrus and floral notes. A new take on a classic German style pilsner. Expect bright notes of tangerine and orange blossom that give way to a mid pallet bitterness, followed by sweet pilsner malt finish.
