GUEST CIDER: Apples and Pineapple

Brewed with Boerne's local Mike-Ro-Brewery, this collaboration stout was brewed with cocoa nibs and peanut butter lending it flavors of milk chocolate, peanuts and toasted malt. CONTAINS LACTOSE

Brewed with 3 different dark malts, we have some medium roast, subtle chocolate and freshly baked bread notes on the malt base of our black lager. Finishing on the drier side and with a hint of citrus spice, this one is absolutely crushable.

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Galaxy for tropical fruit forward hop character balanced with oats and wheat for a cloud-like body.

This year's harvest ale was brewed with 80lbs of Deep Cut Cascade wet hops giving this beer resinous notes of pine, citrus and fresh cut grass that give way to a balanced malt profile of bread and honey.
