A little rough around the edges, this is a big, bold, early 2000s take on the American DIPA style. Brewed with a single pale ale malt and hopped with copious amounts of Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook. Expect big resinous hop flavors, citrus pith and aromatic pine followed by an assertive bitterness. GR

Crisp and refreshing Mexican Style Pale Lager, brewed with domestic 2-Row and 6-Row barleys, maize and delicately hopped with Zumo for a subtle, bright citrus lime note. GR

Czech Style Pale Lager brewed with floor malted heritage barley and hopped with whole cone Saaz from Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho. Bready malts combine with a grassy hop note reminiscent of beers from the old world. Rustic with a grassy lemon mid palate zippy hop character. Traditional take on a Kölsch-Style Ale brewed with imported malts, a kiss of wheat and a delicate hopping of Spalter and Saphir. Crisp with crackery malt, subtle lemon and herbaceous notes.

West Coast style pilsner brewed with imported German pilsner malt and hopped generously with Citra, Mosaic and Centennial, for a punch of citrus and floral notes. A new take on a classic German style pilsner. Expect bright notes of tangerine and orange blossom that give way to a mid pallet bitterness, followed by sweet pilsner malt finish.

A decadent doppelbock with deep mahogany hues and rich layers of caramel, toasted bread, and dark fruit. Dangerously smooth and full-bodied, its sneaky high alcohol creeps up with a warming embrace.
