This pale ale was hopped generously with Idaho 7 and Waimea hops giving it fruity hop notes of berries, melons and citrus.

This is the recipe that won best of show at the Boerne Bierfest homebrew competition submitted by Shaun Huggins. This is a light colored brew with aromatic notes of bubble gum, pear and subtle spice.

Brewed as part of the ales for ALS initiative, this is an easy drinking ale with a hint of lime. A portion of the proceeds for this beer will be donated to the ALS therapy development institute.

This is a classic American light lager with low bitterness, smooth malt character and a clean crisp finish.
